抗寒山李子的绿枝扦插繁殖
Green Cutting Propagation of Cold Resistant Prunus salicina Linn
【摘要】 为筛选出适合抗寒李砧木的扦插方案,以山李子半木质化枝条为试验材料,分别以河沙、珍珠岩、河沙+珍珠岩为扦插基质,采用蘸沾激素10 s(NAA、IAA、IBA、ABT;各激素质量浓度分别为1、3、5 g/L)或浸泡生根粉40 min(生根粉质量浓度分别为0、5.0、7.5、10.0 g/L)处理枝条,分析插穗生根率、生根数量、生根长度、单株最多生根数、单株最长根和移栽成活率等指标,以及剪叶与不剪叶处理下生根指标的差异。结果表明:河沙作为基质最适合山李子扦插生根;浸泡生根粉与蘸沾激素明显提高生根率、生根数量和生根长度,最适宜的生根粉质量浓度为7.5 g/L;剪叶处理能够提高扦插苗木质量,提高移栽成活率。
【Abstract】 For selecting suitable cutting scheme for cold resistant plum rootstock, with the half lignified branches of wild plum rootstock as test materials, and with river sand, perlite and river sand+perlite as cutting substrate respectively, the branches were treated with dipping hormone for 10 s(NAA, IAA, IBA, ABT of the concentrations 1, 3 and 5 g/L) or soaking rooting powder for 40 min(the concentrations of rooting powder of 0, 5, 7.5 and 10 g/L). The rooting rate, rooting number, rooting length, the maximum number of rooting per plant, the longest root per plant and the survival rate of transplanting were investigated and analyzed, and the differences of research indexes between the treatment of cutting leaves and those without cutting leaves were compared and analyzed. The results show that river sand is the best substrate for cuttage rooting. Compared with dipping hormone, soaking rooting powder can obviously improve rooting rate, number and length of rooting, and optimum concentration is 7.5 g/L. Cutting leaves can improve the quality of cuttings and improve the survival rate of transplanting.
