【摘要】 目的观察益气活血祛风法对IgA肾病的治疗效果。方法选择IgA肾病患者80例,应用随机数法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予益气活血祛风汤治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,观察2组中医证候积分、肾功能指标[血肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐清除率（Ccr）]、尿液指标[24h尿蛋总蛋白（24h UTP）、β₂微球蛋白（β₂-MG）、α1微球蛋白（α1-MG）]及血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素-18（IL-18）、转化生长因子β₁（TGF-β₁）水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率（87.50%,35/40）高于对照（67.50%,27/40）（P<0.05）。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、Scr、BUN、24h UTP、β₂-MG、α1-MG及IgA水平均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）,Ccr水平明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后,观察组血清hs-CRP、IL-18、TGF-β₁水平均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。2组治疗期间均无严重不良反应发生。结论益气活血祛风法治疗IgA肾病疗效显著,能够有效缓解临床症状,改善肾功能,降低血清hs-CRP、IL-18、TGF-β₁水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the replenishing qi,activating blood circulation and dispelling wind treatment method on IgA nephropathy.Methods A total of eighty patients with IgA nephropathy were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Qufeng Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the level changes of the TCM syndrome score,renal function indexes[serum creatinine （Scr）,blood urea nitrogen （BUN）,creatinine clearance rate （Ccr）],urine indexes[24h urinary egg total protein （24h UTP） and β₂ microglobulin （β₂-MG）,α1 microglobulin （α1-MG）]and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）,interleukin-18 （IL-18）,transforming growth factorβ₁ （TGF-β₁） in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group （87.50%,35/40） was higher than that of the control group （67.50%,27/40） （P<0.05）.After treatment,the levels of the TCM syndrome score,Scr,BUN,24h UTP,β₂-MG,α1-MG and IgA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）,while the Ccr level was significantly higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）.After treatment,the serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-18,and TGF-β₁ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）.No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion The method of replenishing qi,activating blood circulation and dispelling wind is effective in treating IgA nephropathy,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve renal functions,and reduce serum hs-CRP,IL-18 and TGF-β₁ levels.更多还原
