【摘要】 目的探讨聚焦解决模式对住院患者低血糖恐惧感和自我效能的影响。方法选取2018年7-12月在吉林大学第一医院内分泌代谢科住院治疗的糖尿病患者128例,按照入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组各64例。对照组给予常规护理及健康宣教,观察组在对照组的基础上,给予聚焦解决模式护理干预。干预前后采用糖尿病管理自我效能量(DMSES)和中文版低血糖恐惧调查量表(CHFS-WS)评分。结果干预后,2组的低血糖恐惧和自我效能存在显著差异,且与干预前相比均具有显著差异(P<0.05);2组自我效能指标水平差异比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式能够改善住院糖尿病患者对于低血糖的恐惧情绪,对提高患者的自我效能有所帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of the focused solution mode nursing on the fear of hypoglycemia and self-efficacy of inpatients.Methods A total of 128 diabetic patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of the First Hospital of Jilin University from July to December 2018 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the admission order,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given a routine nursing and health education,while the observation group was given a focused solution mode nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Before and after the intervention,the Diabetes Management Self-efficacy Scale (DMSES) and the Chinese version of the Hypoglycemia Fear Survey-Worry Scale (CHFS-WS) were used to score.Results After the intervention,there were significant differences in the fear of hypoglycemia and self-efficacy between the two groups,and there were significant differences compared with those before the intervention (P<0.05).The difference in the self-efficacy indexes between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The focused solution mode nursing intervention can improve the fear of hypoglycemia and help improve the self-efficacy in hospitalized diabetic patients.更多还原
