聚乳糖-壳聚糖和聚乳糖-聚己内酯新型人工胸壁复合材料研究

【摘要】 目的制备新型聚乳糖-壳聚糖和聚乳糖-聚己内酯复合人工胸壁材料,研究其性能和在胸壁缺损模型中的应用效果。方法将聚乳酸纤维和壳聚糖纤维按比例通过编织工艺制作成新型复合人工织物,即PLLA/CHS交织织物。然后将不同分子量配比的PLLA和PCL切片加入模具中,获得聚乳糖/聚己内酯共混板。取健康成年兔10只,随机平均分为2组,一组应用复合型材料人工胸壁材料进行修补,一组做空白对照。置入 4 周后取小块修复处肋骨及其周边的肋间组织,观察人工胸壁材料溶解性。结果新型复合人工胸壁材料各项力学性能检测良好,与人体正常组织结构类似;新型复合人工胸壁材料各项安全性及可靠性检测正常,动物实验中未见明显的异常反应。置入2个月发现,使用人工胸壁修补材料的家兔恢复优于对照组。结论聚乳糖-壳聚糖和聚乳糖-聚己内酯新型人工胸壁复合材料安全可靠,在缺损胸壁的修复手术中有一定应用前景。

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare a new type of composite artificial chest wall materials of polylactose-chitosan and polylactose-polycaprolactone.To study its performance and application effect in the chest wall defect model.Methods A new type of composite artificial fabric,PLLA/CHS interwoven fabric,was made by weaving polylactic acid fiber and chitosan fiber according to the proportion.Then PLLA and PCL slices with different molecular weight ratios were added into the mold to obtain the polylactose/polyhexalactone blends.Ten healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:one group was repaired with the composite artificial chest wall materials,the other group was treated as the blank control.Four weeks after implantation,a small piece of ribs and the surrounding intercostal tissues were taken from the repaired site to observe the solubility of the artificial chest wall materials.Results The mechanical properties of the new composite artificial chest wall materials were tested good,similar to the normal tissue structure of human body.The safety and reliability of the new composite artificial chest wall materials were tested normal,and there were no obvious abnormal reactions in animal experiments.After 2 months of implantation,it was found that the rabbits using the artificial chest wall repair materials recovered better than the control group.Conclusion The new artificial chest wall composite materials of polylactose-chitosan and polylactose-polycaprolactone are safe and reliable,and have certain application prospects in the repair of chest wall defects.
