【Abstract】 In semantic connotation,the words of "close"and "clean"in the phrase of "the close and clean government-business relationship"are closely related to the kindheartedness and justice idea of Confucianism."close"and"clean"can be thought as the embodiment of "kindheartedness"and "justice",respectively,in which "close"embodies holding the right value orientation and moral feeling and"clean"embodies revering and abiding by the moral and law and discipline. They supplement each other and cannot be separated.
