【摘要】 通过构建"绿色索洛模型",研究中国整体和四大经济区域工业用地和物流仓储用地对经济增长的影响,并使用空间杜宾模型和空间动态面板Han-Philips GMM模型,研究二者的空间效应。结果表明:(1)工业及物流仓储用地的增加促进了中国整体和四大经济区域的经济增长。(2)对中国整体,工业用地面积增加促进本地区经济增长,但会抑制邻近地区经济增长;物流和仓储用地的提高在促进本地区经济增长的同时还能拉动邻近地区经济增长。(3)工业用地和物流仓储用地变化对经济增长的空间直接效应和间接效应存在区域异质性。基于研究结果提出如下政策建议:(1)对工业用地的区位选择,新增工业用地可适当向东北各省适当倾斜,以更好地发挥东北工业基地对自身和周边地区的传帮带作用;(2)对物流仓储用地的区位选择,政策应当更加支持新增物流仓储用地向中部各省和东北各省倾斜,以发挥其区位优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 By constructing the Green Solow Model, the impact of industrial land and logistics warehousing land on economic growth in China as a whole and in the four major economic regions is studied, and the spatial Durbin(SDM) model and the spatial dynamic panel Han-Phillips GMM model are used to study the spatial spillover effects. The results show that:(1) the increase in industrial and logistics storage land has contributed to the economic growth of China as a whole and the four major economic regions.(2) The results of the spatial spillover effect study show that for China as a whole, increase in industrial land boosts the economic growth of home region, but suppresses the economic growth of neighbor regions; increase in logistics warehousing land can boost the economic growth of both neighbor regions and home region.(3) There are differences in the direct and indirect spatial effects of industrial land change on economic growth in four economic regions. The spatial effects of changes in logistics and warehousing land on economic growth in the four economic regions also differ. Based on the results of this study, following policy recommendations are made:(1)The location of industrial land should be selected, new industrial land should be appropriately tilted to the northeastern provinces to better play the role of the northeastern industrial bases to help themselves and neighbor regions.(2)For logistics and warehousing land, policy should be more supportive of new logistics and warehousing land to the central provinces and the northeastern provinces in order to give full play to their location advantages.更多还原
