【摘要】 对泉州外来务工女性的人口学特征、工作满意度、主观幸福感和归属感等现状进行调查统计及建模分析,发现泉州外来务工女性对所从事工作的满意度处于中间向上水平,并发现外来务工女性幸福感与归属感两者的形成途径有一定的差异,从而有针对性地剖析改善女性外来务工人员的幸福感和归属感工作中存在的问题,提出了加强工作环境营造、加强适合层次的职业教育及进一步落实社会服务配套政策等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the investigation and analysis of the demographic characteristics, job satisfaction and subjective well-being of migrant women in Quanzhou, depicts the "portrait" of migrant women in Quanzhou, analyzes the problems existing in Quanzhou’s work to improve the well-being and sense of belonging of migrant workers in Quanzhou, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction of working environment, strengthen vocational education at suitable levels and further implement social service supporting policies.更多还原
