【Abstract】 Tea saponin is a kind of pentacyclic triterpenoids,which is extracted from tea seed meal and composed of organic acids,sugars and ligands.Because of its bioactivity,it has been used in different production fields and has considerable market development prospects.This paper reviewed the bioactivity,application and development of new fields of tea saponin,in order to provide reference for better development and utilization of tea saponin.更多还原
