高山美利奴羊在低海拔地区适应性研究

【摘要】 为研究高山美利奴羊在低海拔地区的适应情况,选择100只断奶母羊,分成主产区(高山寒旱草原生态区)和推广区(低海拔地区)2组,测定周岁和成年羊的体重、羊毛纤维直径和血液生化指标。结果表明:推广区高山美利奴羊体重均显著高于同年龄主产区羊(P<0.05);推广区成年羊的羊毛纤维直径显著高于主产区成年羊(P<0.05),但推广区与主产区周岁羊的羊毛纤维直径差异不显著(P>0.05);推广区与主产区羊只血液生化指标存在一定的差异,但均在正常范围之内。综上所述,高山美利奴羊在低海拔地区其生产性能没有下降,可以进行推广和利用。

【Abstract】 In order to study the adaptation of Alpine Merino sheep in low altitude regions,100 weaned ewes were selected and divided into two groups,the main production region and the extension region,and followed by measuring the body weight,wool fiber diameter as well as the blood biochemical indexes of the yearling and adult sheep,respectively.The results showed as follows:the weight of the Alpine Merino sheep in the extension region was significantly higher compared to the sheep in the main producing region of the same age;the wool fiber diameter of adult sheep in the extension region was significantly larger than that of the adult sheep in the main production region,but the significant difference in wool fiber diameter between the extension region and the main production region was not observed of yearling sheep;there were certain differences in the blood biochemical indexes of sheep between the extension region and main producing region,but they were all within the normal range.In conclusion,the production performance of Alpine Merino sheep has not declined in low altitude regions and can be promoted and utilized in the nearly future.
