高效紫光有机发光二极管的研制
【摘要】 在本研究工作中,向PVK材料中掺入了与其能级结构相似的小分子材料BCPO,形成PVK:BCPO混合发光层。与纯PVK发光层相比,PVK:BCPO混合发光层的电子传输能力大大改善。一方面,发光层中电子与空穴两种载流子的传输更加平衡,并使得器件的内电阻大大减小。另一方面,发光层/电子传输层界面附近的电荷堆积明显减弱,激基复合物发光被显著抑制,器件的紫光发光效率得到有效提高。
【Abstract】 In this research, PVK was doped with small molecules of BCPO which had the similar energy levels, forming PVK:BCPO mixing light-emitting layer. As compared with pure PVK, the capability of electron transportation was greatly improved in PVK:BCPO mixing layer. On the one hand, the transportations of electron and hole carriers were more balanced,and the internal resistance of the device was greatly reduced. On the other hand, the charge accumulation near the light-emitting layer/electron-transporting layer interface was significantly weakened, and the electroplex emission was apparently inhibited. Both of them boosted the efficiency of violet light-emitting.
