区域电力市场建设方案及关键问题研究

【摘要】 本轮电力市场化改革已经进入深水区,一方面受限于各种约束,全国统一电力市场建设不能一蹴而就;另一方面,省级电力现货市场建设反映出较多局限性的问题。在此背景下,推进区域电力市场建设成为破局之策。文章剖析了区域电力市场的内涵,将区域电力市场和省级电力市场进行了对比,设计了符合我国国情及时代背景的区域电力市场运行机制,并探讨了与之相关的若干关键问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 This round of power market-oriented reform has entered the deep-water area. On the one hand, limited by various constraints, the construction of national unified power market can not be achieved overnight; on the other hand, the construction of provincial power market reflects many limitations. In this context, promoting the construction of regional power market has become a solution. This paper analyzes the connotation of regional power market, compares regional power market with provincial power market, designs the operation mechanism of regional power market in line with China’s national conditions and era background, and discusses some key issues related to it.更多还原
