【摘要】 作为以理工见长的"双一流"综合性研究型大学,中南大学优化了其金融学本科培养方案,将学校理工特色融入通识型教育的课程体系设置中,同时利用所在学院经济管理结合的优势,开设大量经济管理基础知识课程;并根据专业研究优势和教学改革的方向,设置特色化专业课程。通过培养方案的实施,毕业学生升学与就业呈现均衡态势、科研创新能力大幅提升,且基于对产业与公司运营的深度理解,在实践活动大赛中取得优异成绩。这些结果表明,该培养方案能够有效提升学生综合素质,加深其对"产业+金融"的认识,满足金融行业对人才的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a "double first-class" comprehensive research university, which is good at science and engineering,Central South University has optimized its undergraduate training program of finance, integrating the characteristics of science and engineering into the curriculum system of general education. At the same time, a large number of basic knowledge courses of economics and management are set up by taking advantage of the combination of economics and management in our college, and characteristic professional courses are set up according to the advantages of professional research and the direction of teaching reform. Through the implementation of the research and innovation program,students’ employment ability is greatly improved. And based on the deep understanding of the industry and company operation, we have achieved excellent results in the practical activities competition.
