【摘要】 该文以江西省南昌市的高校为例,结合问卷调查进行实证分析,将校园教育、个体资本、政府因素、社会资本、心理资本五个维度纳入大学生创业意愿的影响因素并进行实证检验。研究结果表明:校园教育、社会资本、心理资本对大学生的创业意愿具有显著正向影响,个体资本、政府因素对大学生创业意愿的影响未通过显著性检验。基于此,分别从校园教育、社会资本和心理资本三个角度提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article takes colleges and universities in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province as an example, and conducts empirical analysis based on questionnaire surveys. The five dimensions of campus education, individual capital, government factors, social capital, and psychological capital are incorporated into the influencing factors of college students ’entrepreneurial willingness and considered by empirical testing. analysis. The research results show that campus education, social capital, and psychological capital have a significant positive impact on college students’ entrepreneurial willingness, while individual capital and government factors have no significant impact on college students’ entrepreneurial willingness, failing the significance test.
