【摘要】 基于OBE教学理念,对能源与动力工程专业校外实践教学环节的人才培养理念和教学模式进行了探索,就教学软平台建设、实践教学基地建设以及实践教学组织进行了详细阐述。围绕"预期学习产出"设计了规范公平的量化考核标准和以目标为导向的闭环反馈机制,建设了覆盖面广、产学研紧密结合的实习基地,设置了丰富多样的实践教学环节,探索了传统企业环境较差、教学方式因循守旧等问题的应对方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Personnel training concepts and teaching mode during off-campus practice teaching for energy and power engineering major were discussed based on OBE teaching philosophy. This paper gives a detailed description on the construction of teaching soft platform, construction of practice base and organization of practical teaching. Standard and fair quantitative assessment criteria and goal-oriented closed-loop feedback mechanism were designed around "Intended Learning Outcomes". Some practice bases with wide range of specialities and close combination of industry-university-research were constructed. Various practical teaching sections were planned. The solutions were explored to solve some problems, such as the poor environment of traditional enterprises and the old teaching mode.更多还原
