【Abstract】 At the initial stage of the development of trauma centers in general hospitals,the core issues of trauma care include the construction and management of abilities of trauma teams,effective implementation of key techniques at critical moment and efficient integration of trauma techniques and trauma systems.Addressing these core issues requires a driving force to improve trauma care abilities,including the update of trauma care concept,the innovation of trauma process management,the implementation of trauma care guidelines and expert consensus,and the popularization and application of the key technologies of trauma care.
