【摘要】 目的探讨2017—2019年四肢开放性创伤急诊住院患者的疾病特点和创伤发生规律,落实创伤登记制度,建立创伤数据库,为提升创伤救治能力指引方向。方法回顾性分析2017年1月1日—2019年12月31日白求恩国际和平医院急诊住院的四肢开放性创伤患者1 793例,依据《疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类》第十次修订本(ICD-10)汇总统计,建立数据库,对创伤的伤害类型、原因、部位及其在不同性别、年龄、时间的分布情况进行统计分析。结果男性1 486例,女性307例,男性显著多于女性;暴露于无生命的机械力损伤(ICD-10/W20-W49)是创伤的主要外因;损伤部位顺位排序前两位依次是手和腕部(ICD-10/S60-S69)、踝和足(ICD-10/S90-S99);上午10:00～10:59 (10.71%)是创伤高峰时段,夏季(33.63%)是创伤高发季节。结论青壮年男性是创伤的主要受害人群,暴露于无生命的机械力是需要重点防范的伤害类型,创伤发生有独特的时间规律。应进一步研究其相关因素,以提高防范的针对性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the disease characteristics and the regularity of trauma in hospitalized patients with open limb trauma from 2017 to 2019,implement the trauma registration system,establish a trauma database,and guide the direction for improving the ability of trauma treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 1793 patients with open limb trauma hospitalized in the Bethune International Peace Hospital from Jan.1,2017 to Dec. 31,2019. Based on the tenth revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems( ICD-10),a database was established,and the distribution of trauma in different ages,genders,time,and locations was analyzed. Results There were 1486 males and 307 females. Exposure to inanimate mechanical injury( ICD-10/W20-W49) was the main external cause of trauma; the first two positions of trauma were hand and wrist( ICD-10/S60-S69),ankle and foot( ICD-10/S90-S99); AM 10: 00-10: 59( 10. 71%) was the peak period of trauma,and there were more cases in summer. Conclusion Young and middle-aged men are the main victims of trauma. Exposure to inanimate mechanical forces is a type of injury that needs to be prevented. The occurrence of trauma has a unique time rule. Related factors should be further studied to improve the prevention.更多还原
