【摘要】 为了满足现代蚕桑产业多元化发展的需求,利用广西壮族自治区蚕业科学研究院家蚕基因资源库引进的丝胶茧品系,采用杂交及系统选育的方法,成功育成5龄熟蚕上蔟只结丝胶茧的家蚕品种桂蚕6号。该品种在省级实验室联合鉴定的成绩是:结茧率92.40%,裸蛹率4.20%,虫蛹生命率94.73%,强健性与对照品种两广二号相仿,营丝胶茧率100%(不包含裸蛹);全茧量为1.641 g,比对照品种两广二号高0.127 g;万头产茧量15.043 kg,比对照品种高0.542 kg。该品种在农村联合试养鉴定中的张种产茧量达33.59 kg,死笼率为2.88%。桂蚕6号作为特色家蚕品种于2019年6月通过广西农作物品种审定委员会审定,其特性是只结天然白色丝胶茧。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirement of diversified development of the modern sericulture industry, silkworm variety Guican 6 with sericin cocoon was successfully bred. Hybridization and systematic breeding were used to bred Guican 6, and the sericin cocoon strains provided by the silkworm gene resource bank in Sericulture Research Institute of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The data from the joint identification of provincial laboratories showed that: its cocoon rate was 92.40%, the naked pupae rate was 4.20%, the pupal life rate was 94.73%, its robustness was similar to the control, and the sericin cocoon rate was 100%(excluding naked pupae). The total cocoon weight was 1.641 g, which was 0.127 g higher than the control. The cocoon weight per 10,000 larvae of Guican 6 was 15.043 kg, which was 0.542 kg higher than the control. The cocoon yield was 33.59 kg and the death cage rate was 2.88% on the main report leaflet identified by the joint trial breeding in rural areas. Guican 6 which only spins natural white sericin cocoons has been proved by the Crop Certification Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in June 2019 as a characteristic silkworm variety.更多还原
