考虑环境温度和连续射弹量的某机枪抽壳故障仿真预测

【摘要】 采用有限元软件ANSYS建立不同环境温度和射弹量条件下速射武器抽壳仿真模型。分析了某机枪在不同环境温度和射弹量条件下的温度场分布以及不同摩擦因数下最大抽壳阻力和弹壳最大主应力的变化规律,提出了一种抽壳故障率仿真预测方法,采用第一强度理论来判定断裂失效形式,根据蒙特卡洛法求解不同环境温度以及射弹量条件下的抽壳故障率。仿真结果证明:故障率随着环境温度、射弹量以及摩擦因数的增大而增大,摩擦因数影响最大。

【Abstract】 The finite element software ANSYS was used to establish rapid-fire weapons under different ambient temperatures and projectile quantities shell simulation model. This paper mainly studied the shell failure rate of a certain type of machine gun under different ambient temperature and projectile volume. By analyzing the temperature field distribution under different ambient temperature and projectile volume conditions and the variation law of the maximum shell resistance and the maximum principal stress of the shell under different friction coefficients, the first strength theory was used to solve the different environmental temperatures according to the Monte Carlo method and failure rate of shell extraction under the condition of projectile volume. The simulation results show that the failure rate increases with the increase of projectile volume and friction factor,among which the friction factor has the most influence..
