负重轮轻质材料的应用及其制造工艺研究进展

【摘要】 负重轮是履带车辆重要的承重零件,轻质材料的应用可提高负重轮轻量化程度,降低车辆簧下质量,提升车辆驾驶性能。分析了近年来国内外负重轮轻量化材料的研究应用进展;总结了铝合金、镁合金、玻璃纤维/环氧树脂、超高分子量聚乙烯等轻质材料制备负重轮的工艺方法及其瓶颈问题,并对负重轮一体化成型工艺进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The road wheel is an important load-bearing part of the tracked vehicle. The application of lightweight materials can increase the weight reduction of the road wheel,reduce the unsprung mass of the vehicle,and thus improve the driving performance of the vehicle. The article summarizes the research and application progress of lightweight materials for road wheels at home and abroad in recent years; at the same time,it summarizes the weight-bearing preparation of lightweight materials such as aluminum alloys,magnesium alloys, glass fiber/epoxy resin, and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. The technological method of the wheel and its bottleneck problem,and the prospect of the integrated molding process of the road wheel.
