考虑应变率和环境压强的NEPE推进剂力学性能实验研究

【摘要】 为探究NEPE推进剂力学性能特性的环境压强敏感性,采用设计的围压实验装置研究了不同环境压强下NEPE推进剂的低应变率单轴拉伸特性,并基于时间-压强等效原理,构建了考虑应变率和环境压强的推进剂最大抗拉强度主曲线。结果表明,环境压强对于NEPE推进剂的初始弹性模量没有明显影响,而对极限力学特性具有显著影响,NEPE推进剂的抗拉强度随着环境压强的升高而增加;且在不同环境压强下,NEPE推进剂的抗拉强度与应变率均呈对数关系。在200 mm/min拉伸速度下,在2 MPa环境压强下NEPE推进剂的极限应变相比大气压下增加了1倍。

【Abstract】 In order to study environmental pressure-sensitivity of mechanical properties of NEPE propellants,uniaxial tensile tests considering various environmental pressure conditions and low strain rates were conducted using a new designed machine. The mechanical properties of NEPE propellants obtained were obtained. Meantime,according to time-pressure superposition principle( TPSP),the master curve of maximum stress considering strain rates and environmental pressure conditions was constructed. The results show that environmental pressure has no obvious effect on the initial elastic modulus of NEPE propellants.However,environmental pressure shows a significant influence on the ultimate mechanical properties of NEPE propellants. The maximum tensile stress present linear-log relationship with the strain rate under various environmental pressure conditions. Comparing to room conditions,the ultimate strain increase one time at the 2 MPa and 200 mm/min of NEPE propellants.
