波纹度波数对深沟球轴承振动特性的影响

【摘要】 建立了三自由度轴承动力学模型和波纹度模型,以6201深沟球轴承为研究对象,基于定步长四阶龙格-库塔法得到轴承振动频率和振动加速度,分别通过与文献和试验结果的对比,验证了模型的正确性。并分析了内外圈波纹度波数对轴承加速度峰峰值和有效值的影响,结果表明:轴承振动加速度响应的峰峰值和有效值随内外圈波纹度波数增大而增大,波纹度波数为球数整数倍时,峰峰值和有效值的变化曲线会出现局部峰值;内外圈波纹度波数为奇数时比偶数时轴承的振动响应更明显;轴承振动加速度响应的峰峰值和有效值随外圈波纹度波数变化略大于随内圈波纹度波数变化。

【Abstract】 A three-degree-of-freedom bearing dynamic model and a waviness model are established. Taking a 6201 deep groove ball bearing as the research object, the vibration frequency and vibration acceleration of bearings are obtained based on fixed-step fourth-order Runge-Kutta method, indicating the correctness of the model respectively through comparison between literature and test results. The influence of waviness wave number of inner and outer rings on peak-to-peak value and effective value of bearing acceleration is analyzed. The results show that: the peak-to-peak value and effective value of bearing vibration acceleration response increase with the increase of waviness wave number of inner and outer rings, when the waviness wave number is an integer multiple of ball number, and the variation curve of peak-to-peak value and effective value have a local peak value; the vibration response of the bearing is more obvious when the waviness wave number of inner and outer rings is odd than that when the wave number is even; the peak-to-peak value and effective value of bearing vibration acceleration response vary slightly with waviness wave number of outer ring than with waviness wave number of inner ring.
