【摘要】 目的分析应用MSCT鉴别诊断乏脂性肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(AML)、非透明细胞肾癌的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2017年3月至2019年6月收治的41例AML患者和63例非透明细胞肾癌患者的临床资料,将MSCT检查的诊断结果进行讨论分析,观察两组患者MSCT特征,比较两组不同扫描时期的CT值。结果非透明细胞肾癌组的钙化、杯口征、边缘模糊、假包膜、延迟强化、肾外转移等MSCT特征发生率显著高于AML组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非透明细胞肾癌组的平扫期、皮质期、实质期的CT值分别为(39.64±1.89)、(73.66±16.59)、(75.19±12.97)HU;AML组的平扫期、皮质期、实质期的CT值分别为(49.95±1.74)、(122.59±16.49)、(113.18±4.87)HU。非透明细胞肾癌组平扫期、皮质期、实质期的CT值显著低于AML组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MSCT检查可清楚显示AML及非透明细胞肾癌的影像学特点,临床上根据CT特征和增强CT值可有效鉴别诊断AML和非透明细胞肾癌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of MSCT in the differential diagnosis of angiomyolipoma(AML) and non-transparent renal cell carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 41 patients with AML and 63 patients with non-transparent renal cell carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital from March2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnosis results of the MSCT exa mination were discussed and analyzed.The characteristics of MSCT in the two groups were observed,and the CT values of the two groups in different scanning periods were compared.Results The incidence of MSC signs such as calcification,a sign of cup ra bbet,blu rred ma rgin,pseudoca psule,delayed enhancement,and extra renal metastasis in the non-transparent renal cell ca rcinoma group was significa ntly higher than that in the AML group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CT values of the non-transparent renal cell carcinoma group in the plain,cortical and parenchymal phases were(39.6411.89) HU,(73.66116.59) HU,(75.19±12.97) HU,and the CT values of the AML group in the plain,cortical and parenchymal phases were(49.9511.74) HU,(122.59116.49) HU,and(113.18±4.87)HU,respectively.The CT values of the non-transparent renal cell ca rcinoma group in the plain,cortical and parenchymal phases were significantly lower than those in the AML group,and the difference was statistically significa nt(P<0.05).Conclusion MSCT examination ca n clearly show the imaging featu res of AML and non-transparent cell renal cancer.According to CT features and enhanced CT values in the clinic,AML and non-transparent renal cell ca rcinoma can be effectively differentiated.更多还原
