基于关联规则挖掘的铁路超限超重货物运输路径决策方法
Route decision method of railway out-of-gauge and overweight freights transportation based on association rule mining
【摘要】 路径决策问题是铁路超限超重货物运输组织的核心。以总成本最小为目标函数,构造超限超重货物运输路径决策模型;通过分界口、伪分界口将铁路超限超重货物运输路网划分成若干子网络,提出运输路径历史数据预处理方法;采用模糊分割的理念,设计路径数据泛化规则,创建路径频繁序列,挖掘超限超重货物运输路径模糊多层次关联规则;在此基础上,设计目标实例与历史案例的相似度计算方法,提出超限超重货物运输路径实例匹配决策算法,得到最优路径集合。实例表明:所提出的方法能高效合理地挖掘历史运输路径信息,制定路径决策方案,能够为铁路超限超重货物运输路径决策提供技术和数据支撑。
【Abstract】 Route decision is the key of railway out-of-gauge and overweight freights(OOF) transportation organization. Taking the minimum total cost as the objective function, this paper constructed the route decision model of OOF, divided the railway OOF transportation network into several sub-networks by dividing stations or pseudo dividing stations, and put forward the preprocessing method for the historical data of transportation route.Combined with the concept of fuzzy segmentation, the generalization rules of path data were designed. The frequent sequence of paths was created.The fuzzy multi-level association rules of OOF transportation route were excavated. On this basis, the similarity calculation method between the target instance and the historical case was designed, and the matching decision algorithm of OOF transportation route was put forward to determine the optimal route set. The example shows that the proposed method can efficiently and reasonably excavate the historical transportation route information, formulate the route decision scheme, and provide technical and data support for the railway OOF transportation route decision.
