不同长果桑生理性落果规律的调查

【摘要】 长果桑果实产量高、口感优异,然而生产中落果现象明显,严重影响品种生产应用和经济价值。本调查针对长果桑桑果生长发育特性、落果规律,结果显示不同品种落果表现有差异,其中落果品种的果柄离区中生长素、赤霉素含量低,脱落酸和乙烯含量高。这提示这四种激素含量可能与落果相关,促进我们对桑果发育和落果现象的认识,为今后建立长果桑栽培管理和制定有效保果措施提供基础。

【Abstract】 Long mulberry fruit is promising variety for its higher yield and excellent taste. However, the well-known abscission character greatly affects its application and economic value in practical production. The present investigation focuses on the growth character and abscission rules of eight long-fruited mulberry varieties. Results showed that the abscission performance varies in different varieties. The hormones IAA, GA3, ABA and ETH are possibly included in the abscission process. This will enrich our knowledge on mulberry fruit growth and development, and provide basis for further research on the cultivation breeding selection in the future.
