【Abstract】 The new concept for development not only answers the question of how China develops today, but also contributes original wisdom to the understanding of Marxism on the driving force for human social development. "Innovative development" for the first time explains the subjective-leading-objective dynamic mechanism and its driving sci-tech, and the methods and values to drive the development of substantial elements of productive forces.
