【Abstract】 The hard-working spirit is a mental state, a quality and an appearance of workers in their work. The hard-working spirit of the new era forms based on four aspects: It originates from cultural logic of Chinese excellent labor culture, that is, hard work makes the nation flourish; it inherits the theoretical logic of Marxism labor doctrine; it develops from the historical logic in the one-hundred-year history of the cultivation of the hard-working spirit by Chinese Communists; it has been established in practice logic of Chinese people since the reform and opening-up. The great practice of "supporting the Chinese dream with labor" in the new era has sublimated the connotation of the hard-working spirit and promoted the Chinese nation to a new victory.更多还原
