【Abstract】 Transportation is an important industry for data production, analysis, and utilization. It is critical in future transportation industry to study how to support urban development and people’s living quality improvement through innovations in theories, mechanisms, and practices in the era of digitalization. The 28 th Urban Transportation Development Forum was held on October 21, 2021 in Shanghai, China. Hosted by the organizing committee of the forum and organized by Tongji University, this forum focused on Digital Transformation of Urban Comprehensive Transportation Planning. Approximately 70 professionals from eight cities and 19 organizations attended the forum. Several emerging issues with the global digital development were discussed in the forum, such as digital spatial planning theory in the field of urban transportation planning, travel demand forecasting and management planning, comprehensive transportation planning, traffic characteristics analysis and travel demand management, business transformation in planning agencies, and digital platform construction and application.更多还原
