【摘要】 目的探讨Krachow法垂直缝合固定治疗RockwoodⅢ型髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年9月至2021年4月收治的60例RockwoodⅢ型髌骨骨折患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为A组和B组,每组各30例。A组患者给予常规手术治疗,B组患者给予Krachow法垂直缝合固定治疗。比较两组患者手术前后疼痛程度、膝关节功能以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果治疗前,A组和B组患者的VAS评分分别为(5.97±0.48)分和(5.95±0.54)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均下降,且B组患者的VAS评分为(1.44±0.54)分,明显低于A组的(3.64±0.61)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者的切口长度、手术时间短于A组,出血量少于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,A组和B组患者的Lysholm评分分别为(52.48±5.48)分和(53.56±5.14)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者Lysholm评分均升高,且B组患者的Lysholm评分为(91.09±5.26)分,明显高于A组的(78.11±5.14)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者的并发症发生率为20.0%(6/30),明显高于B组的3.3%(1/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Krachow法垂直缝合固定术治疗RockwoodⅢ型髌骨骨折的疗效较佳,能够有效改善患者的疼痛程度和膝关节功能,降低并发症的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Krachow vertical suture fixation in the treatment of Rockwood Ⅲ patella fracture.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 60 cases with Rockwood Ⅲ patella fracture who were admitted from September 2016 to April 2021.The patients were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 30 cases in each group.Group A received conventional surgical treatment, group B received Krachow vertical suture fixation treatment.Pain degree, knee joint function before and after operation and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment, VAS score in group A and group B were(5.97±0.48)scores and(5.95±0.54)scores, respectively, with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment, the VAS score in both groups was decreased, and the VAS score of group B was(1.44±0.54)scores, significantly lower than that of group A(3.64±0.61)scores, with statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision length and operation time in group B were shorter than that of group A,and the amount of blood loss was less than that of group A,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, Lysholm scores in group A and B were(52.48±5.48)scores and(53.56±5.14)scores, with no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment, Lysholm score in both groups was increased, and Lysholm score in group B was(91.09±5.26)scores, significantly higher than that in group A(78.11±5.14)scores, with statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group A was 20.0%(6/30),which was significantly higher than that of the group B(3.3%,1/30),with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Krachow vertical suture fixation in the treatment of Rockwood Ⅲ patella fractures can effectively improve patients’ pain degree and knee joint function, reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
