【Abstract】 Old communities often face the dual problems, which are aging of both the built-environment and population. To those aged people who live in old communities, what are their practical difficulties in life, what kind of areas are the most in need of improvement, how to make every penny count? The article focuses on the issues of built-environment, community facilities and public administration at the community level. Deeply analysis was made to picture the characteristics of the elderly. Combined with empirical research and questionnaire interviews, the core demands of the elderly in old communities were figured out. And as a conclusion, suggestions of how to progress better renovation of those old communities were put forward.更多还原
