鸡源和兔源屎肠球菌的耐药性及相关基因分析

【摘要】 2020年4月,山东省某鸽场及某兔场发生腹泻情况,发病率较高。试验从病鸽及病兔肝脏中各分离到一株革兰氏阳性球菌,通过16S rRNA测序鉴定均为屎肠球菌。两株分离菌均未检测到cylA、gelE、ace等8种毒力基因。药敏试验和耐药基因结果显示,两个菌株都对β-内酰胺类耐药,耐药基因检测结果也一致。这些结果提示屎肠球菌或许能引起鸽及兔感染,对鸽或兔的临床治疗及公共卫生学具有一定的参考意义。

【Abstract】 In April 2020, diarrhea occurred in a pigeon farm and a rabbit farm in Shandong Province, and the incidence rate was high. One gram-positive cocci was isolated from the liver of pigeon and rabbit, and identified as Enterococcus faecium by 16 S rRNA sequencing. 8 virulence genes such as cylA 、gel E and ace were not detected in the two isolates. The results of drug sensitivity test and drug resistance gene showed that both strains were resistant to β-lactams, and the results of drug resistance gene detection were consistent. These results suggest that Enterococcus faecium may be able to cause infection in pigeons and rabbits, which has certain reference significance for clinical treatment and public health of pigeons or rabbits.
