医用钛系高熵合金的设计与进展

【摘要】 与传统合金相比,新型多主元的高熵合金,因其高构型熵而具有高强度、高耐磨和高耐蚀等优异性能,有望克服传统合金在医学行业应用中的不足,因此,高熵合金具有很高的学术研究价值和应用潜力。本文总结了医用钛系高熵合金元素的筛选、相预判及生物相容性的研究现状,并简要介绍了医用钛系高熵合金的成分设计思路,展望其未来发展趋势及尚待解决的问题。

【Abstract】 Compared with conventional alloys, new multi-principal component high entropy alloys(HEAs)show better properties such as high strength, high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance due to high configuration entropy. HEAs are expected to overcome the shortcomings of traditional alloys in the medical industry. Therefore, HEAs holds significant academic research value and considerable application potential. Research status of elements screening, phase prediction and biocompatibility of medical titanium based HEAs were summarized in this paper. Furthermore, composition design idea of medical titanium based HEAs are briefly introduced, and the disadvantages of HEAs in application are pointed out. Finally, the future development trend of HEAs is prospected.
