软模板法制备六瓣状氧化铝微米片

【摘要】 以Al2(SO43作为铝源,利用P123与乙二醇作为软模板,通过调控Al2(SO43浓度和溶剂热反应时间合成了具有六瓣状结构的水合氢离子明矾石微米片。产物经800℃高温处理后得到六瓣状结构氧化铝微米片。实验结果表明,在Al2(SO43浓度为0.4 mol/L,反应时间为6 h条件下得到的六瓣状结构水合氢离子明矾石形貌较好,片层直径约为5.5μm,厚度约为1.6μm,且经过800℃处理后仍能保持完整的六瓣状结构。X射线衍射分析结果表明,800℃处理后所得到的产物为γ-Al2O3

【Abstract】 Al2(SO43 was used as aluminum source, P123 and ethylene glycol were used as soft template, Al2(SO43 concentration and solvothermal reaction time were controlled to synthesize hydride alunite microsheet with hexapetalous structure. The experimental results show that under the conditions of Al2(SO43 concentration 0.4 mol/L and reaction time 6 h, the morphology of the hexapetalous structure of hydrated ion alunite is optimal. The diameter and the thickness of particle is respectively about 5.5 μm and 1.6 μm. The hexapetalous structure can still remain intact with 800 ℃ treatment. X-ray diffraction analysis results show that the product is γ-Al2O3 with 800 ℃ treatment.
