智能配注井井下监测电磁流量计的设计及应用
Design and Application of Electromagnetic Flowmeter for Intelligent Injection Wells
【摘要】 针对目前油田分层配注井注入量的监测需求,研制一种基于电磁感应原理的电磁流量计,该流量计可长期置于油田智能配注井,进行注入量测量。介绍仪器工作原理、结构设计及仪器技术指标。室内实验表明,智能配注井井下电磁流量计在清水中标定具有很好的线性响应,仪器输出稳定,重复性好,测量结果准确。现场试验表明,应用电磁流量计进行智能配注井配注量监测,测试精度高,测量结果准确可靠,可真实反应井下注入情况,可以长期置于井下进行流量监测,能够满足测试需求。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the monitoring requirement of injection volume in separate injection wells, an monitoring electromagnetic flowmeter based on the principle of electromagnetic induction has been developed, which can be placed in intelligent injection wells for a long time to measure the injection volume. The working principle, the structure and the technical indexes of the electromagnetic flowmeter are introduced. Laboratory experiments show that the intelligent injection well downhole flowmeter has good linear response, stable output, good repeatability and accurate measurement results in clear water calibration. The field tests show that the application of electromagnetic flowmeter to monitor the injection volume of intelligent injection well has high test accuracy, accurate and reliable measurement results, which can truly reflect the downhole injection situation, and can be placed in the downhole for long-term flow monitoring to meet the test requirements.
