光纤探针阻抗传感器涡轮组合测井仪三相流解释方法
Interpretation Method of Three-Phase Flow Based on the Combination of Optical Fiber Probe Impedance Sensor and Turbine Flowmeter
【摘要】 早期的油气水三相流测井解释方法需要有密度参数,但放射性密度计早已停用,而压差密度计在流量100 m~3/d以下的套管内,测量密度的分辨率极低无法应用。提出了一种基于光纤探针、阻抗传感器和涡轮流量计的组合测井仪,对该仪器在油气水三相流模拟实验装置上进行实验,分别建立光纤探针、涡轮流量计及阻抗传感器在三相流下的响应规律图版,通过图版插值的方法建立油气水三相流解释方法。实验结果表明,不同气量下涡轮响应与光纤探针响应关系曲线、涡轮响应与油水两相流量关系曲线、油水两相含水率与油水两相流量关系曲线,可用于解释气相流量、油水两相流量及油水两相含水率。
【Abstract】 The density parameters were needed in the early interpretation methods of oil-gas-water three-phase flow. However, the radioactive densitometer has been out of service. When the flow rate is less than 100 m~3/d in the casing, the resolution of the differential pressure densitometer is too low to be applied. Therefore, the measurement of oil-gas-water three-phase flow has always been a technical problem. A combined logging tool based on fiber optic probe, impedance sensor and turbine flowmeter is presented in this paper. The calibration experiments are carried out in oil-gas-water three-phase flow in the multiphase flow simulation experimental well. The response charts of optical fiber probe, turbine flowmeter and impedance sensor in three-phase flow are established. The interpretation method of oil-gas-water three phase flow is developed based on the method of interpolation of calibration charts. The experimental results show that the relationship curves between the responses of turbine flowmeter and optical fiber probe sensor, the responses of turbine flowmeter and oil-water two-phase flow rate, and the water cut and liquid flowrate can be applied to interpret the gas flowrate, the oil-water two-phase flowrate and the water cut of oil-water two-phase.
