双离子液体修饰硅胶材料对可可壳萃取液中茶多酚的吸附研究

【摘要】 茶多酚作为一种具有抗氧化抗癌活性的天然物质,受到广泛关注。可可壳萃取液中含有大量的茶多酚,利用吸附剂将其从萃取液中吸附分离是最为便捷的方法。双离子液体修饰吸附剂具有多种优良的性能,能通过产生多种化学键对目标物进行高效吸附。为了揭示双离子液体官能团与茶多酚之间吸附机理,以硅胶材料为基体,通过硅烷化试剂对其改性后再修饰双离子液体,获得了12种修饰硅胶材料,而后在不同温度条件下对多个浓度的茶多酚标准溶液进行静态吸附研究。结果表明,修饰后的材料在1568.7cm-1附近出现了新的峰,这是咪唑基团的特征吸收波长,说明咪唑基团被修饰在硅胶材料上。在2936.4cm-1附近出现了吸收峰,这个波长在C--H烷基基团的吸收波长范围内,因此说明了双离子液体基团被修饰在硅胶材料上;Sil@Eim-IL(IL为Bim、Eim、Mim、Im)系列的4种材料对茶多酚的吸附量远高于其他系列,吸附量在57.3mg/g以上;30℃下2h为最优化的吸附条件,Sil@Eim-Eim比其他吸附剂具有更高的吸附量,达到58.0mg/g;在最优条件下,利用Sil@Eim-Eim对可可壳甲醇-水萃取液中茶多酚进行吸附分离,经高效液相色谱分析证明其能够完全吸附萃取液中的茶多酚。

【Abstract】 Catechin, as a kind of natural compound with antioxidant and anticancer activities, has attracted widespread attention. The cocoa shell extract contains a large amount of catechin, and sorbent adsorption is the most convenient method to separate catechin. Dual ionic liquid-based sorbents have various excellent performances, and they can efficiently adsorb target compounds with several chemical bonds. In order to investigate the adsorption mechanism between dual ionic liquids and catechin, silica was selected as the substrate, silane agent was immobilized on silica and then dual ionic liquids were synthesized. 12 dual ionic liquid-based silica sorbents were obtained, and they were used to adsorb catechin in standard solutions with various concentrations at different temperatures. The results show that the modified sorbent has a new peak around 1568.7 cm-1, which is assigned to the imidazole group, indicating that the imidazole group has been modified on silica. The absorption peak appearing at 2936.4 cm-1 is assigned to C--H alkyl groups, indicating that the dual ionic liquid groups are modified on silica. The adsorption capacities of four sorbents of Sil@Eim-IL(IL: Bim, Eim, Mim, Im) series on catechin are much higher than others, and the adsorption capacities on catechin are more than 57.3 mg/g. The optimized condition is within 2 h at 30℃, and the adsorption capacity of Sil@Eim-Eim is higher than that of other adsorbents, reaching 58.0 mg/g. Under the optimal conditions, catechin in the methanol water extract of cocoa shell is adsorbed by Sil@Eim-Eim, and it is proved that catechin in the extract can be completely adsorbed on the sorbent by HPLC analysis.
