光照敏感型茶树品种叶片白化过程光合活力变化研究简报
Changes in photosynthetic activity during albinism of light-sensitive albino tea cultivar
【摘要】 本文研究了光照敏感型新梢白化茶树品种‘黄金芽’在9月~12月期间新梢白化过程随着叶色白化程度加深叶片光合活力参数Fv/Fm的变化情况。结果显示,叶片随着叶色由绿色变为黄白色时,Fv/Fm值由0.808下降至0.296,产生严重光伤害。为了保持较高的叶片光合活力,建议在光照敏感型白化茶树的茶园中种植一定数量的乔木型常绿植物作为遮阴树,或者采取适当的遮光措施,减少茶树叶片光伤害,增强茶树抗性。
【Abstract】 Changes in leaf colour and photosynthetic activity parameter Fv/Fm during albinism process of light-sensitive tea cultivar ’Huangjinya’ from September to December in 2020 were investigated. The results showed that the foliar Fv/Fm value decreased from 0.808 to 0.296 when the leaf color changed from green to yellowish white, resulting in serious photodamage. In order to maintain higher foliar photosynthetic activity, it is suggested to plant a certain number of evergreen trees as shade plants in tea gardens of the light-sensitive albino tea cultivars, or to take appropriate shading measures to reduce sunlight intensity so as to alleviate photodamage and enhance tea plant resistance.
