【摘要】 系统地研究了LaFeO3-V2O5复合材料体系在测试SO2时的稳定性,并对其敏感机理进行了分析。研究表明,当LaFeO3和V2O5复合比例为1∶1时,500℃下对50×10-6SO2的响应平均值为116.32%,连续测试过程中空气电阻的漂移率仅为1.17%,原因在于两者复合后,溢流效应使得原本吸附在LaFeO3表面的SO2溢流至V2O5表面,催化转换为气态的SO3脱附。

【Abstract】 The stability of LaFeO3-V2O5 composite to SO2 is systematically studied, and its sensitive mechanism is analyzed.The research shows that when the ratio of LaFeO3 and V2O5 is 1∶1,the average response to 50×10-6SO2 at 500 ℃ is 116.32 %,and the drift rate of air resistance during continuous testing is only 1.17 %.The reason is that after the two are combined, SO2 originally adsorbed on LaFeO3 overflow to the surface of V2O5 and catalyze the conversion into gaseous SO3 for desorption because of the overflow effect.
