基于模糊PID的点胶阀温度控制系统设计

【摘要】 为了降低喷射点胶阀中胶液的温度波动,设计了一种模糊比例—积分—微分(PID)温度控制器。以STM32为主控制器,搭建了硬件系统。在点胶阀上与经典PID系统进行了对比实验,实验结果表明:模糊PID温控系统有更好的抗干扰能力,在受到同样的扰动后,其温度波动比经典PID更小,最终温度波动在±0.5℃以内。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the temperature fluctuation of adhesives on jet dispenser, a fuzzy proportional-integral-differential(PID) temperature controller is designed.STM32 is used as the main controller, hardware system is built.Contrast experiment with the classic PID is performed on the jetting dispenser.The experimental result shows that the stability of the new system is better than that of the classic PID controller.After the same disturbance applied on the jetting dispenser, the temperature fluctuation of fuzzy PID is smaller than that of classic PID.The final temperature fluctuation is within ±0.5 ℃.
