变截面三角形压电振动能量收集器的特性研究
Study on characteristics of variable section triangle piezoelectric vibration energy harvester
【摘要】 为了降低压电振动能量收集器的固有频率,改善压电振动能量收集器的能量采集性能,实现在低频振动环境中能量采集的需求,提出了一种变截面三角形压电振动能量收集器。对该能量收集器进行有限元分析,并搭建实验平台测试系统,对该能量收集器的输出电压及输出功率进行测试。实验结果表明:当外界激励振动加速度为1.0 g_n,俘能器末端质量块为0.6 g时,在标准能量接口电路、最优电阻为40 kΩ下,能量收集器的最大输出功率可达441μW,可以满足微功耗器件供电的要求。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce natural frequency of piezoelectric vibration energy harvester, improve energy harvesting performance of piezoelectric vibration energy harvester, and realize the energy harvesting requirement in low frequency vibration environment, a variable cross section triangular piezoelectric vibration energy collector is proposed.Finite element analysis(FEA)of the energy harvester is carried out, and the experimental platform test system is set up to test the output voltage and output power of the energy harvester.The experimental results show that when the external excitation vibration acceleration is 1.0 g_n,the energy harvester When the end mass is 0.6 g, the maximum output power of the energy harvester can reach 441 μW under the standard energy interface circuit and the optimal resistance is 40 kΩ,which can meet the requirements of power supply for micro power consumption devices.
