基于数字图像的锭子振动检测平台开发
Development of spindle vibration detection platform based on digital image
【摘要】 为了检测锭子的振动轨迹,采用计算机视觉技术、数据拟合技术和电机转速闭环控制技术,解决了摄像头拍摄帧率不高、相机传输图片速度受限与锭子自身不平衡等问题,降低了对摄像头性能和实验机械平台的要求,减小了测量成本。与传统测试方法相比,可以在锭子带载时检测其振动轨迹。经过测试,搭建的高速锭子测振平台可以拟合锭子振动轨迹,其结果验证了理论假设。
【Abstract】 In order to detect the vibration trajectory of spindle,computer vision technology,data fitting technology and motor speed closed-loop control technology are used to solve the problem that the camera shooting frame rate is not high,the camera transmission picture speed is limited and the spindle itself is not balanced.These methods reduce the requirements on the performance of the camera and the experimental mechanical platform,and reduce the measurement cost.Compared with the traditional test method,the vibration trajectory can be detected when the spindle is loaded.After testing,the high-speed spindle vibration measuring platform can be used to fit the vibration trajectory of the spindle,and the results verify the theoretical assumptions.
