基于NiFe2O4-SE的电势型氨气传感器件的性能研究
The Performance of the Potentiometric Ammonia Sensor Based on NiFe2O4-SE
【摘要】 使用溶胶-凝胶法制备并在900℃煅烧6 h获得了NiFe2O4粉体,用于制备敏感电极。采用流延技术制备了5YSZ膜和Al2O3膜,并在膜上分别丝网印刷了参比电极和加热电极,将它们叠层并在1 480℃烧结后,再印刷NiFe2O4敏感电极并在1 150℃烧结,最终获得了电势型NH3传感器件。在11 V、13 V和15 V的加热电压下测试了器件的NH3响应性能,响应性能在13 V和15 V时较稳定,NH3敏感度分别为-47.24 mV/decade和-28.57 mV/decade。并在13 V加热电压下研究了器件对320×10-6和200×10-6 NH3混入不同浓度NO2后的响应信号,发现测试气氛中NH3浓度较高时的抗NO2信号干扰能力较强。还在此加热电压下研究了氧气浓度由10%变化到7%、4%和14%时器件对320×10-6 NH3的响应信号,发现氧气浓度低时的响应信号变化率较大。
【Abstract】 The NiFe2O4 powder was prepared by sol-gel method and calcined at 900 ℃ for 6 h, which was used to prepare the sensing electrode. The 5 YSZ film and Al2O3film were prepared by casting technology, and the reference electrode and heating electrode were screen printed on them respectively. After they were laminated and sintered at 1 480 ℃,the NiFe2O4-SE was printed and sintered at 1 150 ℃,the potentiometric ammonia sensor was finally obtained. The ammonia response performance of the device was tested under heating voltages of 11 V,13 V and 15 V. The device has good performance stability at 13 V and 15 V,and the ammonia sensitivity is-47.24 mV/decade and-28.57 mV/decade, respectively. And the response signal of the device to 320×10-6 and 200×10-6 of NH3 mixed with different concentrations of NO2 was studied under the heating voltage of 13 V,it was found that the anti-NO2signal interference ability was stronger when the NH3 concentration in the testing atmosphere was higher. The response signal of the device to 320×10-6 NH3 when the oxygen concentration changed from 10% to 7%,4%,and 14% was also studied under this heating voltage. It was found that the response signal change rate was great when the oxygen concentration was low.
