高铁电机精密铜导条机器人超声无损检测技术研究
Research on Robot Ultrasonic Nondestructive Testing Technology of Copper Bars in High-Speed Traction Motor
【摘要】 在铜导条无损检测中,常规超声检测技术存在一定的盲区,难以识别皮下缩尾等近表面处的缺陷,针对铜导条检测时的这一问题,提出了一种基于高频聚焦超声探头的机器人自动检测系统。以高频聚焦探头表面聚焦技术为基础,和高精度工业机器人相结合,搭建了一条用于高铁电机铜导条的超声检测流水线。利用搭建的流水线对挤压生产的铜导条进行检测,并对被机器人系统判废的铜导条进行破坏性验证,证实铜导条确实存在皮下缩尾缺陷,验证了机器人系统的可靠性。
【Abstract】 There is a blind zone near the surface during traditional ultrasonic testing of copper bars,and it is difficult to detect near-surface defects such as back-end defects. To solve this problem in copper bar testing,a robot auto-testing system based on hign-frequency focused ultrasound probe was developed. Based on the high-frequency focusing probe surface focusing technology,an ultrasonic testing line for copper bars of high-speed rail motors was built with high-precision industrial robot. The testing line was used to inspect the extruded copper bars. For those bars judged to be defective by the robot system,the destructive experiment was operated. The result showed there were back-end defects in those bars,which verified the reliability of the robot system.
