小质量弹丸极转动惯量测试设备设计及其标定方法

【摘要】 弹丸的转动惯量是影响弹丸射击精度的重要结构特征量,对弹丸的转动惯量测试可以保证发射弹丸的转动惯量设计指标,确保火炮的射击精度。为满足小质量弹丸极转动惯量的测试需要,设计了一种小质量弹丸极转动惯量测试设备。该设备基于扭摆法测试原理进行设计,由设备基座、扭杆机构、保护机构、解脱释放机构和测试工装组成。并使用不同组合下的标准体对其转动惯量进行标定。误差定量分析表明,该设备的误差影响因素对其结果产生的影响极小,能够满足弹丸极转动惯量的测试要求。

【Abstract】 The moment of inertia of projectile is an important structural characteristic quantity that affects the shooting accuracy of projectile. The measurement of the moment of inertia of the projectile can guarantee the design index of the moment of inertia of the projectile and ensure the shooting accuracy of the gun. In order to meet the need of measuring the moment of inertia of small mass projectile,a measuring device for the moment of inertia of small mass projectile was designed. The device is designed based on the testing principle of torsion pendulum method,which is composed of equipment base,torsion bar mechanism,protection mechanism,release mechanism and testing tooling. The inertia is calibrated using standard cylinders in different combinations. The quantitative analysis of the errors shows that the error influencing factors of the device have a minimal effect on the results and are able to meet the requirements of the projectile pole rotational inertia test.
