弹丸质心偏心测试设备的标定与校准方法研究
Research on Calibration and Standardization Method of Projectile Eccentricity Testing Equipment
【摘要】 质心偏心对弹丸的飞行稳定性有着较大的影响。为测量弹丸的质心偏心量化特征量参数,研究出了弹丸质心偏心测试设备。该设备属于非标设备,需要一套完备的标定与检验方法。本研究通过使用标准样柱的方法,对三点式质心偏心测试设备的质心传感器距离L、偏心传感器距离Le、传感器系数以及传感器与测量基准面L1值进行了标定与校准。在系统误差存在的条件下,本研究所提出的方法的质心误差和偏心误差均远小于设备精度,可准确的为三点式质心偏心设备进行标定与校准。
【Abstract】 Mass eccentricity has a great effect on the flight stability of the projectile. In order to measure the projectile mass eccentricity quantitative characteristic parameters,the projectile mass eccentricity testing equipment was developed. This equipment belongs to non-standard equipment,which needs a complete calibration and inspection method. In this study,the center-of-mass sensor distance L,the eccentricity sensor distance Le,the sensor coefficient and the sensor to measurement reference plane L1 values of a three-point mass eccentricity test device were calibrated and corrected by using a standard sample column. In the presence of systematic errors,the method proposed in this study achieves errors of mass and eccentricity that are much smaller than the accuracy of the equipment,and can accurately calibrate and correct the three-point mass eccentricity equipment.
