【Abstract】 As the latest achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist youth view, the internal logic generation of Xi Jinping’s new era youth thought inherits the unity of history and reality, the unity of cultivating ideals and beliefs and based on individual reality, the unity of theoretical learning and labor education. Cultivating people by virtue is the fundamental task of cultivating talents in socialist education with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and is the foundation and central link of higher education.
