一种快速准确的CAD车轮液锻模具设计系统
A Design System for a Fast and Accurate CAD Wheel Liquid Forging Die
【摘要】 为了实现汽车轮轮辋液锻模的快速准确设计,基于C++语言在VC++构建的开发环境下,将Access数据库与Pro/E软件进行融合对接,通过对Pro/E进行再次开发,构建了"5°汽车轮轮辋液锻模"的CAD设计系统,此系统可对各类不同型号的车轮轮辋液锻模进行快速准确开发设计,大大地缩短了液锻模设计周期。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the fast and accurate design of automobile wheel rim liquid forging dies,this paper integrates and connects Access database and Pro/E software under the development environment constructed by VC++ based on C++ language,and conducts the CAD design system for"5° automobile wheel rim liquid forging die"through the secondary development of Pro/E. This system can develop and design various types of wheel rim liquid forging dies fast and accurately,which greatly shortens the design cycle of liquid forging dies.
