盲文纸冲压回弹预测及试验验证
Braille Paper Stamping Springback Prediction and Test Verification
【摘要】 针对盲文纸在盲文打印时的回弹变形问题,基于平面应变法对盲文纸的回弹过程进行分析,建立了盲文纸在变形时的回弹理论模型,并在搭建的盲文点成形装置上进行了压力为3N、4N、5N的盲文点成形试验。结果显示,当压力为4N时,盲文点的点径为1.5 mm,点高为0.46mm,此时盲文点的成形效果最好。明确了盲文点成形的最优压力,同时也有效地提高了盲文的成形精度和识别率。
【Abstract】 In view of the problem of springback deformation of braille paper in printing,this paper analyzes the springback process of braille paper based on the plane strain method,establishes the springback theoretical model of braille paper during deformation,and carries out the forming test of braille dots with the pressures of 3 N,4 N and5 N on the set braille dots forming device. The results show that when the pressure is 4 N,the dot diameter is1. 5 mm and the dot height is 0. 46 mm,and the braille dots have the best forming effect. The optimal pressure of braille dot forming is clarified,and the forming precision and recognition rate of braille are improved effectively.
