基于ABAQUS的通风式制动盘连续制动的热性能仿真研究
Research on Thermal Performance Simulation of Ventilated Brake Disc Based on ABAQUS
【摘要】 针对通风式制动盘连续制动工况下温升和热变形问题,以某车型通风式制动盘为研究对象,基于热分析基本理论和ABAQUS软件,建立了制动盘热-固耦合的有限元模型,得到了十次的制动温度及热变形结果,并依据对称边界条件,简化了有限元模型,提高了模型的计算效率。
【Abstract】 Focusing on the rising temperature and thermal deformation of ventilated brake discs under continuous braking conditions, a ventilated brake disc of a certain vehicle model was taken as the research object. Based on the basic theory of thermal analysis and ABAQUS software, a finite element model of thermal-solid coupling of the brake disc was established. Ten times of braking temperature and thermal deformation results are obtained, and the finite element model is simplified based on the symmetrical boundary conditions, and the calculation efficiency of the model is improved.
