建筑给排水工程案例分析与顶管施工技术

【摘要】 通过采用顶管施工技术对某污水收集工程管道施工的过程进行研究。结果表明,该机械顶进流程控制措施,可使得顶管机的工作效率达到48 m~3/h,优化出的顶进控制土压力为0.3 MPa,可以很好地控制螺旋挖掘机排出土量与顶进速度的关系;在不同顶管顶进距离下,随着横断面顶进距离的增加,地表变形呈现先减小后增大的特征;顶管工作面到达之前的地表面形随着横断面监测点位置不同而表现出来的差异性较小,而其他情况下则表现为位置为0 m时的地表沉降最为严重。中长距离顶管施工中采用土压平衡式顶管法进行施工,相较于传统短距离顶管法平均成本减少了98元/m;相较于传统施工方法,该给排水工程成本将降低10%左右,节约了工程造价约120万元。

【Abstract】 The pipe jacking construction technology was used to construct the pipeline of a sewage collection project. The results show that the mechanical jacking process control measures designed in this paper can make the working efficiency of the pipe jacking machine reach 48 m~3/h,and the optimized jacking control earth pressure is 0.3 MPa,which can control the relationship between the amount of soil discharged by the spiral excavator and the jacking speed; under different jacking distance,with the increase of the jacking distance of the cross section,the surface deformation shows the characteristics of first reducing and then increasing; When the pipe jacking working face reaches the previous surface,the difference of the surface shape with the position of the cross-section monitoring point is small,and in other cases,the surface subsidence is the most serious when the position is 0 m. In the medium and long-distance pipe jacking construction,the earth pressure balanced pipe jacking method is used for construction,which can reduce the average cost of 98 yuan/m compared with the traditional short-distance pipe jacking method; compared with the traditional construction method,the cost of water supply and drainage engineering in this paper will be reduced by about 10%,which saves about 1.2 million yuan.
