【Abstract】 China’s opening up of financial industry begun in 2018.In the process of comprehensive opening up, financial risk is also constantly upgrading and changing, which proposes higher standards and requirements for the cultivation of financial risk management talents. Based on the new characteristics of financial risk under the background of comprehensive opening, this paper analyzes the adaptability adjustment of three different types of financial risk management personnel training, and systematically proposes relevant suggestions to optimize the cultivation of professional quality of talents from multiple dimensions,such as expanding the international vision, improving the curriculum system, improving the quantitative investment skills, and strengthening the professional ethics.更多还原
